2. Yes you can tag along in your own car and surf and stay with us on selected trips.
3. Trip sizes average between 20 and 30 passengers.
4. While on tour all meals are catered for - Vegetarians, vegans or Lactose intolerant no worries.
5. Mojosurf can organize accommodation at Byron Bay, but it is not included in your ticket price.
6. You are supervised at all times but you do need to be able to swim to participate in surfing.
7. Yes we can supply sleeping bags upon request when booking - $10 (AUD) cleaning fee.
8. Yes you can wear contact lenses in the water but bring spares.
9. Refund Policy
Mojosurf reserves the right to cancel or postpone any tour due to bush fires, floods, humongous gigantic waves or any other natural disaster in which case a full refund will be given. If you cancel your trip within 5 days of the tour departure you will incur a 20% cancellation fee. The full amount will not be refunded if a cancelation occurs within 48 hours of the tour departure date. If you book through a travel agent they may have their own cancellation fee in addition to Mojosurf’s. Mojosurf recommends that you take out a travel insurance policy as Mojosurf is not responsible for injuries or loss or damage to personal equipment. All surfing participants must be able to swim at least 50 meters unassisted.

Mojosurf reserves the right to cancel or postpone any adventure due to bush fires, floods or humongous, gigantic waves in which a full refund will be given. Mojosurf 100% surf guarantee only applies to lessons and training and this part will be refunded if Mojosurf fall short in their instructions. If cancellation occurs within 5 days from departure, deposit will be lost. Full amount will not be refunded if cancelled within 48 hours.
Mojosurf recommends that all persons take out personal travel insurance, as Mojosurf are not responsible for injuries, loss or damage of equipment or bad breath. All surfing participants must know how to swim for at least 50 metres unassisted. |
